David has over 30 years of design experience, and over this time has become one of the countries foremost architects of residential and Chartered Clubs. He has experience with a broad range of projects, through architectural design, interior design, documentation, to the management and supervision of contracts.
David develops an excellent rapport with client and contractors alike, and as such is able to facilitate project completion within time and within budget. His project experience includes; Bars, Cafes and Restaurants, Hotels, Hair and Beauty Therapy Clinics, Recreational Facilities and Fitness Centres, Workingmen's Clubs, Office Fit-outs, Retail Centres and High-end Housing.
David has recently completed design projects for the Nelson Club, Petone Club, Opotiki Club and the Timaru Club. During 2007 and early 2008 David assisted as Senior Project Architect the PTM team with the design and documentation of the proposed Hilton Hotel for Rarotonga. This project required substantial survey and assessment of the incomplete hotel buildings on site, before development and completion of the design and detailed documentation.
