The Evertt Brown House was designed as an infill house in the established Hataitai suburb. Located high on a ridge at the rear of the existing section, views were offered from both directions. The living and bedroom levels open to the north facing balcony decks and outdoor living. While an external stair leads to a private roof deck providing stunning views to the south and outer habour and airport.
