This is open plan office space for a Government Department consists of two new floors built above an existing carpark building in central Lower Hutt. The floors comprise over 2000m² of office space, reception lobby, interview, meeting and training rooms plus a staff cafeteria which opens onto a tiled deck area. The construction value is $6 million. Peddle Thorp & Montgomery Ltd has been responsible for the Architectural and Interior Design of the complete project.
