Computershare_Melbourne

The core brief for the building was to bring together three Computershare sites and a range of global business functions into one central Global Head Office. The design takes advantage of high ceilings and natural light pre-existing in the historic base building. Large voids were incised to allow for visual and physical connections to the two main levels. The industrial nature of the building was maintained through the use of exposed structural elements.
