Peddle Thorp & Montgomery Ltd were commissioned in 2007 to prepare preliminary concept plans for a boutique resort for the Short Family of Rarotonga.
The site is located on the beautiful Island of Aitutaki, a 40 minute flight from Rarotonga.
The Hotel involved a 2 - 3 level complex of buildings designed around a central court and pool looking out over the fabulously tranquil Aitutaki Lagoon. Guests enter the Resort by walking through a tropical forest.
