Peddle Thorp & Montgomery Ltd was commissioned in 2007 to prepare preliminary concept plans for a boutique resort in the Cook Islands. The site is on the beautiful island of Aitutaki, a 40 minute flight from Rarotonga.
The development involved a 2 - 3 level complex of buildings designed around a central court and pool area, looking out over the tranquil Aitutaki Lagoon. Guests enter the resort by walking through a tropical forest.
