This 42 000m² combined 4 Star Hotel and premium quality Office Tower was completed in 1990. It remains one of Wellingtons premium commercial office and hotel buildings.
The building has a separate entrance for the office tower off Featherston St and an extravagant Porte Cochere Hotel entry from Grey Street, to separate the hotel and office functions.
The project was designed and documented within the Wellington office on a fast track basis, and demonstrates the results that a cohesive team approach can achieve while under strict economic controls.
