This landmark Wellington building was completed in the early 1980s as a Head Office for ANZ Bank. This was under the guiding direction of the late Mr Jim Maidens Architect, who was one of the founding partners of the Peddle Thorp office in Wellington.
With its eye-catching curtain wall facade and form that is sympathetic to the shape of the site and streetscape, the building covers a full city block in the heart of the Wellington.
