This new 19 Level development incorporates existing carparking and retail spaces and is designed for a 5 Star rating by the NZ Green Building Council.

The building utilises its unique location to provide access from its main Willis Street frontage, as well as from a new plaza at level 5 accessed from Boulcott Street, and incorporating a drive through drop off area for taxis and shuttles, as well as pedestrian and dedicated cycle access.

The podium floors are a generous 1200m2 net lettable area, with the tower providing 900m2 net lettable area floors.

Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) features include rainwater and grey water harvesting, steel mesh solar control screening and energy efficient services.
